Jessica Teevan is a seasoned Washington trial attorney with a focus on complex civil litigation and utility-caused wildfire lawsuits.
In partnership with Fox Law and Fox Fire Attorneys, Jessica has litigated mass tort wildfire cases in California, Colorado, New Mexico, and with the recent Gray Fire, in Washington state. She currently holds a leadership position in the Marshall Fire litigation, which devastated Boulder County, CO and was the most destructive fire in Colorado history.
Jessica graduated in 2007 from top-ranked University of Michigan Law School, where she was named champion of the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition and received multiple awards of merit for her legal advocacy. Prior to joining Fox Fire Attorneys, she spent ten years litigating complex cases in California with the highly regarded defense firm Quinn Emanuel. In that role she handled both business and personal matters, including tort, class action, breach of contract, insurance, and employer disputes. As a defense lawyer, Jessica took multiple high-stakes cases to trial and remains undefeated in verdicts.
In 2017, Jessica relocated her law practice to the Pacific Northwest and is licensed to practice in both Washington and California.
